Shipping & Processing Times

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from our fulfillment center located at:

8465 W 44th Ave, Suite 118, Hialeah, FL 33018.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Ground Shipping via UPS: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: If you select a faster shipping method at checkout, your order will be prioritized and delivered within the chosen time frame.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard ground shipping on orders over $75 USD (U.S. only).
  • For orders below $75, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and location.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

BelaBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@belabeauty.com with your order details, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
